Hi, my name is Era and I am looking for 3 women based in Auroville for 3 months to join me on a journey towards a strong core and a fit, feminine body – from the month of March through June 2026.

Why am I creating this container? Simply because I don't want to do this alone & I need sisters who are as ambitious to get fit as I am.

"Beauty isn't something people see — beauty is something people feel and then, perceive."

Just for context, I have been in deep study of my body for the past decade. For many years, I gained weight, lost weight and then gained it again. But the weight gain and loss wasn't even the biggest thing — it was how I was feeling inside my body — often heavy, bloated, constipated with a moon face, hair falling — anxious and depressed af. This was supremely frustrating for me — so I went into deeper research.

I had to do something to change that. More than the way I looked, I had to take care of the way I was feeling — more clear, more grounded, more aligned with my dharma.

For me, Body isn't simply what we polish and sculpt to impress the people around us. What I realised in the past decade is that beauty isn't something people see — beauty is something people feel and then, perceive. So I stopped chasing a perfect-looking body by putting myself through intense training and a million diets, and started listening.

I started listening to my body — what she wants to do and how she wants to be. And I have never felt better. I may not have a six-pack but I take immense care of my body holistically.

And this is what 108.Body is.

Over the past decade, I have studied and practiced various forms of Yoga, Somatic Movement, Breathwork, Cardio & Strength Training alongside Cycle-Syncing, Yog Nidra, Journaling, Bodywork, Gene Keys — and by combining these practices and more, I am feeling ready to share my practice with 3 more sisters.

I don't proclaim that I am perfect or that I have all the answers — but you can see me more like a body-scientist (haha!) ever hungry to learn more and collaborate with others to build community around this delicious research of women's bodies. Because let's face it — we still don't know so much.

How it works

A different practice
every week

The female body isn't designed to train at the same intensity every day. Every week of your cycle carries a different energy — and 108.Body is designed around exactly that. Your practice shifts with your phase, so you're always working with your body, not against it.

One thing is always constant: every session begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down — no matter where you are in your cycle. What happens in between is what changes.
